Elaboration and sharing of modern CBME standardized curriculum and syllabi framework for Clinical Skills learning course and selection of students’ trial groups to test the new approaches in partner countries institutions.

Modernization and arrangement of clinical skills centers in partner countries, including the purchase of basic simulators and medical inventory.

Project quality control and monitoring throughout the project duration resulting in total quality assurance (QA). QA will be implemented at two levels: internal and external.

TMA will handle the whole project management and financial administration with the constant support of other beneficiary institutions. TMA as the coordinator will take care of the overall project management, financial management, regular communication with all partners, and USC will help in monitoring of project activities. It will also be responsible for reporting to EACEA.
In order to guarantee effective and efficient project management, the Project Steering Committee (SC) will be established. The SC will be led by the USC and composed of one representative (local manager) appointed by each participant organization. All operational aspects as well as all strategic decisions at the consortium level will be made by the SC.
